JRC Planning Notices handles the full statutory site notice process — printing, erection, monitoring, photographic evidence, and removal. Based in Dublin, Ireland, serving clients nationwide.
Every notice is printed and erected to the exact specifications required by Irish planning legislation and local authority requirements.
We can print and prepare your notice same-day and have it erected on site within 24 hours of receiving your instruction.
Photographic evidence of the notice in situ, visible from the public road, is emailed to you on the day of erection.
From your first call to the final removal — here is exactly what we do
Notice printed and assembled the same day you instruct us.
On site and compliant within 24 hours of instruction.
Photographic evidence emailed to you on the day.
Our complete statutory site notice service covers every stage of the process below.
Once you contact us with your project details, we confirm the scope, issue a fee proposal, and request what we need to proceed — the final statutory notice wording, an OSI location map, confirmation of your planning submission deadline, and any site access information.
Your statutory planning site notice is printed to the required format and size using outdoor-grade, weather-resistant materials. We assemble the notice into a durable protective casing designed to withstand the 5-week statutory display period.
We travel to your site and install the notice in the compliant, visible location specified on your OSI map. The notice is securely fixed and clearly visible from the public road or access point, as required by planning regulations.
Immediately after erection, we email you a photographic record showing the notice in situ, its visibility from the public road, and wider context confirming the location relative to the site. This supports your planning application and demonstrates compliance.
During the 5-week statutory display period, we carry out weekly site visits to check condition and visibility. If the notice has been damaged or removed we contact you immediately and arrange a replacement. One free replacement is included.
At the end of the statutory period, on your instruction, we return to site to remove the notice and casing and dispose of all materials. The site is left clean.
Available alongside your chosen package where your project requires them.
For applications requiring more than the notices included in your package, erected during the same visit.
Additional reprints and erection beyond the free replacement(s) included in your package.
Monitoring visits outside your package period or extra checks requested by you.
Priority response where a notice has been removed or damaged — on site within 6 hours.
We serve projects nationwide. A travel surcharge may apply outside the Greater Dublin Area.

JRC Planning Notices was set up with one purpose: to give planners, architects, developers, and homeowners a planning notice service they can rely on completely. Not one where you have to chase, double-check, or worry. One where it gets done right, first time, every time.
JRC Planning Notices is a young business, built on a clear-eyed view of what the market was missing: a dedicated, professional site notice service where clients don’t have to think twice about whether it’s been done correctly.
Planning applications are stressful enough. The last thing anyone needs is uncertainty around whether the notice is up, whether it’s in the right place, whether it’s still standing. We remove that uncertainty entirely.
Every job is treated with the same level of care — whether it’s a homeowner extending a kitchen or a developer managing a large-scale scheme. The standard doesn’t change.
Who we work with: planners, architects and designers, homeowners and self-builders, and property developers across Ireland.
A small team with high standards on every job.
Jamie personally carries out every part of the service — from printing and erecting the notice to monitoring the site and supplying photographic evidence. When you use JRC, you’re dealing directly with the person who does the work. That’s intentional. It’s how the standard stays high.
